Refund Policy

Chievos offers three different subscription plans: Free, Standard, Pro.

Each plan has a set of available features.

Monthly subscriptions

The first monthly subscription of a user is fully refundable.

Subsequent monthly subscriptions are not refundable.

Yearly subscriptions

The first yearly subscription of a user is fully refundable if requested in the first 30 days. After this period ends, the first yearly subscription is no longer refundable.

Subsequent yearly subscriptions are not refundable.

I've cancelled a paid subscription. What happens to the media files (photos/videos) attached to my unlocked chievos?

The media files will become hidden - and will be attached to the user's chievos for 30 days. If the user does not renew a paid subscription in 30 days, the user loses access to the media files.
